Comparison of VBM Endoscopy Mask and Explorer Endoscopy Face Mask on Fiberoptic Intubation：A Manikin Study

چکیده
2種類のファイバー挿管用内視鏡マスク，VBMエンドスコピーマスク（VEM）とインターサージカル・ブロンコスコピーマスク（IBM）の性能を比較した．マネキンに両マスクを装着し，陽圧換気をしながらファイバー挿管を行った．挿管時間，気管チューブとスコープの操作性，挿管操作前の換気量は，両マスク間に有意差を認めなかった．挿管操作により両マスクとも有意に換気量が減少したが，VEMは臨床的に問題ない程度であった．しかし，IBMでは挿管操作中のリークで換気困難となった．ファイバー挿管手技の行いやすさは両マスク間に差がなかったが，マスク換気に関して，IBMでは挿管操作中のリーク対策が必要であった．
